Mmmmmm
Stayed twice, always because of resturant, twice it’s never been open, Location is spot on
It was dirty and dated, and I found something I shouldn’t of, reported to staff who were fantastic and wanted to move me, think it’s changing hands soon and hopefully for better

This hotel is not suitable for lone disabled travellers
It was clean
This is from a disabled persons view. Very heavy non electric front door. No plugs by bed (i need a c-pap at night) doorways a bit narrow into bedrooms, no assistance rails in bathroom, shower over bath so not able to use. On arrival i rang and asked where to park and was told the public car park opposite. Unloaded my electric wheelchair and all i needed, found i couldn’t directly cross the road as no kerb drops! Got i to hotel to be told you have to be off carpark by 8am or i could have paid and used theirs. Why nit tell me thus when I rang- i had informed them i was on my own and in a wheelchair. So in my opinion thus hotel is NOT suitable for disabled.

Noisy cleaner
My room wasn't ready immediately, and I needed to wait while they checked to see if it was ready. I woke up to the noise of the cleaner banging something against my wall or door, which I really didn't appreciate.
